Pool Information: The pool is not heated, but the water temperature is typically ideal for swimming May through September. The pool is professionally serviced every Thursday. Leaves and other natural debris may occasionally blow into the pool. This does not constitute a reason for a refund. Trash Collection and Outside Maintenance: The trash collection service is every Friday morning, please note cans will be placed by the curb/returned by a mobile trash service. If you fill more than the trash cans allow, you will be responsible for disposing of the additional trash or an extra fee will be applied. We have regularly scheduled landscaping and exterior maintenance on the property. Inside Fireplace: The fireplace inside the house is purely ornamental and not functional, designed exclusively for display and décor. Please note that we do not provide cable TV at the property. However, we have multiple Smart TV's available, so you can easily log in to your favorite streaming services like Netflix, Prime, and more.
