The backyard is an exciting oasis with private, resort amenities. Enjoy a warm splash in the lagoon style pool with optional heat. The pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. Warm up your strokes on the putting green before heading to one of many nearby golf courses. Wine and dine on the covered patio with a gas grill for barbecued treats. Relax in one of several sitting areas and allow the soothing waterfall sounds to lull you into a tranquil mindset. On a cool evening gather with your favorite friends around the fire pit table. All that's missing from our outdoor paradise is YOU! Our home is located in the Power Ranch community which is popular for its many family friendly amenities. Exciting outdoor choices include baseball and soccer fields, playgrounds, covered pavilions, splash pad, hiking/biking trails and more. Power Ranch parks are open to Power Ranch residents and their guests. Power Ranch Golf Club, a championship public golf course, is less than 2 miles from our home. The home features a great room with comfortable seating to view the smart TV or on a cool evening enjoy the warmth from the gas fireplace. Doors in the great room allow access to the covered patio and pool deck. The kitchen is completely stocked making it easy to prep and serve home cooked meals. Everywhere was in perfect working order and the place was very clean. Communications with the property manager were all smooth. It was well equipped and so inviting to just sit around the pool and chat. Beautiful back yard with heated pool and fountain made morning swims so refreshing! The neighborhood was very quiet with parks around the corner. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the evenings. Location was perfect for all the shopping you would need. We had a group of 9 and we all fit comfortably. Very clean, backyard and pool was amazing! Close enough to everything we wanted to but out of the traffic and hub bub of Phoenix. The house was clean, loved the backyard with the putting green and beautiful pool. The house was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. Great neighborhood and nice neighbors. We were in town for a week-long baseball tournament at the Legacy Sports Complex and it was a short 10 - 15 minuet drive to the ball field every morning. There is also a stocked pond about 10 minuets away from the house at Gilbert Regional Park if you want to do a little fishing. Plenty of shopping and restaurants close by. ##### John D. The palm trees made you feel like you were in a tropical resort. With very nice outdoor seating areas to sit and enjoy the day or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The home itself was laid out very well and was perfect for 2 couples. It also provided all the necessities that you would need. All you had to do was unpack and enjoy. The location was also very close to SanTan Village along with Queen Creek Marketplace. Both having wonderful restaurants and shopping.
