The Plaza Residences is a quiet, clean, beautifully landscaped, gated community in North Scottsdale. 1- bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is located on the second floor and features custom paint; tile and wood flooring throughout; ceiling fans and a cozy fireplace in the living room. The living room features a pull out queen sized sofa, 48" flat screen TV and high-speed, wireless, password-protected internet service. Both the living room and the bedroom have ceiling fans and each opens onto the serene balcony patio overlooking where you can enjoy refreshing beverages or simply read a book. If you prefer to dine in, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including stainless steel appliances, coffee machine, toaster, blender, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and granite countertops. This condo was wonderful and Kay was a great host. Having a garage space was an added bonus that we didn’t expect but was great. We enjoyed the pool, exercise room, clubhouse in addition to the actual condo. In addition the people who live here are very nice. The location is very close to many shops and restaurants. The location was within walking distance to Kierland Commons and a short drive to my son’s house as we were there to spend time with him and his family. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there. Definitely felt like our home away from home, and we got into a great routine. Close to as much shopping and restaurants as you would need.
