Matthew’s townhouse was clean, well located and exceptionally well appointed. Prior to arrival, all check in details including location, amenities, parking and access to the home were very well delineated. Once inside, instructions were clearly available for WiFi, temperature control, TVs, fans, lighting and the outdoor jacuzzi spa. The host is responsive and very professional. The property has alot of little extras you dont expect to find but love to have. The location is an easy walk to Giants stadium, lots of great restaurants and Old Town. There is plenty of green space for dogs. Although it faces a major road it is quit quiet for sleeping. It was the ideal spot for our family Thanksgiving gathering with our sons in the Phoenix area. The house was very well-equipped, and the kitchen's coffee corner was a highly welcoming feature. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the quiet surroundings guaranteed perfect nights of sleep. Spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet, fully stocked, updated throughout...it hits all of the sought after requirements and right next to Old Town Scottsdale. The property is located in a perfect location just outside of Olof Town Scottsdale. The property is exactly as pictured. It is a very well kept and updated with three full bathrooms that are completely renovated. The host goes above and beyond for your stay, including coffee, games, Snacks. Matthew was extremely communicative. The check in process was quick and easy. The community is very quiet and dog friendly. The unit has a private patio with a hot tub. There’s a large community pool. You can tell Matthew takes pride and his property. It shows throughout every small detail. I would highly recommend booking this property whether you were small group of two or a larger group of eight. ##### Nicole V.
