The condo offers 725 square feet of comfortable indoor living space, plus a generous open patio that brings the total useable area to 988 square feet. The patio provides additional space to relax, dine or enjoy the Arizona sunshine. Inside you'll find two bedrooms, a full kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas, an in-unit washer and dryer, Wi-Fi and access to the community pool. The second bedroom has two twin beds, making it a flexible option for families, friends or children. Pool towels are provided for your convenience.

We also provide starter supplies and everyday essentials to make your arrival easier, including items such as paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent and basic toiletries. The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals, while leaving you the flexibility to bring or purchase whatever groceries and specialty items you prefer.

This condo is especially meaningful to us. I’ve been coming to this community for more than 40 years and actually lived here while attending Arizona State University. My hope is that when you stay here, it feels less like a hotel and more like having your own comfortable little home in the Scottsdale area.
