We enjoyed our stay at Parkwood Ranch. Condo was all it said it would be. Clean, quiet, with everything we needed. The pools were nice too. Would stay there again.

Great Place to Stay
Clean place. All amenities included. Nice to sit on the shaded patio. Pools within 2 minutes walking distance. Definitely stay here again.
My wife and my sister went to Mesa to visit my niece and her family. It was my wifes first trip to Arizona and I had so much I wanted to show her. While we did spend most of our trip visiting family, we did get a chance to go to Scottsdale and Sedona and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The location of the VRBO was excellent as it was near the highways but not close enough to hear the road noise.
Great stay and amenities. Suggestions: hide all the tv cords/wires in living room and back bedroom. Queen bed needs better box spring- very squeaky/loud if you move during the night!

Family Review (The Downeys)- April 2023- Coyote Landing, Mesa
Easy to find, well maintained and clean condo, fully stocked, many amenities nearby. Scottsdale is about 25 minutes away. Checkin and checkout instructions very easy to follow. Fast Wi-fi and 3 TV's in unit, so kids could watch there shows in a separate room. Pool is a 2 minute walk and has the mist feature which made it great on the hot days. Three spacious bedrooms, large kitchen, great sitting area makes this an easy decision over staying at a hotel. BBQ was clean including the utensils. Spare propate bbq tank was also a nice touch. Pictures are an accurate portrayal of the unit. Our family would definitely stay here again and will recommend our friends to stay here as well.

Dale Family Review - Coyote Landing, Mesa
The property was beautiful and well maintained. We loved the condo we rented and only have a few suggestions: A map of the property identifying interior building numbers would be very helpful (we drove around for 30 minutes before finally locating 3116--it's on a courtyard). Also locations of both trash and recycling bins would be helpful. Being unable to leave the premises without a fob or key is also problematic if more than one of us wanted to leave either by car or on foot. Since we had to leave all keys and fobs in the unit upon checking out, we had to drive to the exit, leave one person outside could use the key pad to let us out, return to the unit to drop off the fobs, then drive back to the exit. Needs fixing.

Had some issues
I chose this particular unit for its apparent comfort, and that part did not disappoint. Great couch set up and beds were pretty comfortable. Instructions and communication were good, but we ended up having an issue with a toilet (constantly running) that was not taken care of within the 48 hours after we brought the issue to the attention of the owner. There was a nice welcome bin with coffee and treats, but the unit itself had only the bare essentials in terms of pots and pans and accessories. We also had a heck of a time finding our unit in the dark. We ended up having a unit that was on the interior of the layout so you could not see the numbers from a parking lot as you were driving around looking to check in.

This place is phenomenal
My family and I were in Phoenix first two weeks of April 2022. Typically we would stay at a hotel, but decided to contact the Elite team and they set us up with this place in Coyote Landing. We will not look back and regret this decision. This place had everything we needed. TV in the family room, TV in the main bedroom, fully stocked kitchen (even had a Ninja Blender that we used daily for Smoothies!!). The 2 pools were fantastic and kids had a blast. We really liked that this condo was on top floor, so we never heard anyone above us!! Place was clean, bbq was awesome (even had a spare propane tank), patio was private and bedding was fantastic... Nothing to complain about this place!! If you like golfing, there are multiple courses for all skill levels within 25 minutes. Suggestions would be Ocotillo, Las Sendas, Dinosaur Mountain. My only concern is that this trip was not long enough!!!! I will definitely be contacting the Elite team and staying here again in November 2022.
The condo was a perfect location to stay for the state swim meet at Skyline Aquatic Center. Beds were comfortable, showers were hot, and the welcome basket was a nice addition. Bathrooms were stocked with towels, washcloths, soap, shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner. everything you'd hope for in a hotel bathroom was there. The kitchen had plenty of room to store our food supplies. The fridge does not have a water supply or ice maker, but there are plenty of ice cube trays in the freezer and there were bottles of water supplied in the fridge. Towels were available for both bathroom and pool. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was a big benefit for swim suits to be rinsed and dried. The community pool was very convenient to the condo and was heated. We usually had the pool to ourselves, although other people did use the hot tub. There are two pool in the community both within easy walking distance.
Two things to consider:
(1) The condo is on the third floor with no elevator and the building is in the middle of the community so there is no parking directly in front. You do need to walk from the parking area to the building, which is not a problem for most people but for those with limited mobility the combination of stairs and distance to the parking area may limit accessibility.
(2) The community is across the street from the high school and aquatic center. This was great for our purposes but it did make Thursday and Friday evenings loud because of the football games and marching band. The windows do block out a lot of the sound, but if you have younger children with an early bedtime they may find it difficult to sleep.
We did have an issue getting into the unit as we had been given the wrong code for the lock. One phone call and it was quickly sorted.
Overall it was a great rental and we were really happy with it. We'd definitely stay there again and recommend it to others as long as they don't have mobility issues.

Safety concern and lack of response from Elite Vacation Rental
We were pleased with the condo which comfortably accommodated our family. We have utilized this management company for years, however, the countertops were not very clean but with minimal effort - it was really a non-issue. On our 2nd day of our 8 day stay, we decided to use the propane grill located on the outdoor small balcony off of the 3rd floor condo. Unfortunately, the grill itself had no handles to open the lid so we concluded that we would use oven mitts to do so. We lit the grill & set it to Medium to heat up & then went into the kitchen to prepare the chicken. After about 5 minutes -I walked back toward the patio door to see black smoke billowing out of every gap in the grill & flames shooting out of the back of the grill. I immediately turned the grill off but it made no difference as the flames & smoke became worse snaking up the back wall of the patio. We disconnected the propane tank & quickly ran in the condo looking for a fire extinguisher. Our son found one on the outside of the unit leading up to the front door & extinguished the flames. Had we not found one, we would have called the fire department.
We located the management company's contact information and sent emails advising what happened & included photos of the smoke & flames. We emphasized that our safety was a big concern & that of the home to which we were renting. It was clear that basic upkeep of the grill had not been maintained for a fire to begin so quickly. When we did not hear back from the management company after 24 hours, we texted the phone number also provided as a way to contact them. We did hear a response back letting us know the owners would be notified and that they or the management company, Elite Vacation Rentals in Chandler, Arizona, would be in contact with us immediately. 3 days later, we still had not received any type of response to our email or a phone call. We then called the management office & left a message on the Maintenance/Emergency line & did receive a phone call back. I explained the situation that had occurred on Monday and we were advised they would bring out a new grill for us. I declined the new grill since we were leaving the following day & simply reinforced that we were concerned with safety and felt our family had been put at risk & that it could of been avoided. He decided to lighten the mood by joking about it- which was frankly offensive. I think you've lost loyal customers-

Comfortable stay
Only issue was that it was on the 3rd floor. But, hey we are in a little better shape after our stay. The condo was very roomy and clean. We enjoyed setting on the balcony in the mornings. The beds were comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen. Straight shot on Southern to Superstitious Mall. Security gate to get into the complex. Definitely would stay there again.
This property was just as pictured and described. We took our daughter and grandson to Arizona for Spring break and had plenty of room to spread out. The 2 pools were great and our grandson enjoyed working out in the fitness room. The area was a bit new to us but seemed very nice and super convenient to all the places we went. Only problem with the visit was it needed to be longer. Until next time Arizona!

Clean condo but maintenance issues
I would love to be able to leave a 5-Star review but cannot ...
The unit itself was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The complex was well maintained. The pool area was lovely. Parking was adequate. The area was quiet.
Other items -
The unit was extremely difficult to find in the dark when we arrived. The information we received to drive toward the back of the complex provided little guidance. Notes to look for the small sign that indicated Building 10 and that there was no parking directly in front of the building would have been helpful.
It took too long to replace the water heater -- we missed two mornings of taking long, relaxing showers.
The air conditioning was not fixed while we were there -- our last evening and night in 85 degrees was not a pleasant way to end our stay.
We loved Koyote Landing! Plenty of room for everyone and lots to do. Pools were clean and not crowded, restrooms at the pools were clean, and the property was safe and secure. The condo was furnished with everything we would possibly need, highly recommend!
