Very nice stay

Very nice accomodations and comfortable for our group of people. Did not use the pool as the weather was a little chilly, but loved the putting green. I would say the only downside was that the hot water heater was making loud noises at times. Elite vacations would check in on you throughout the stay and were responsive to any e-mails that were sent.

A wonderful rental experience

I rented a fully furnished home for 5 months and could not have been happier with my experience. The home itself was impeccably clean, the yard and pool were serviced regularly. The couple (normal) maintenance problems I had during my stay were addressed immediately. I would 100% recommend this home, and this vacation rental company, to anyone.

This home was in the perfect location for us to continue our every-day living while construction was being completed in our home. The property management company is communicative. The putting green was fun in the backyard. There are not a lot of games or things to entertain, aside from the pool and/or putting green. For a 30-day minimum stay, it would have been nice to have a variety of options for fun and games. The pool does not have a fence, which could be a concern for families with young children or those who are not strong swimmers. Our primary concern was the cleanliness of the home, particularly the floor, among a few other issues. I spent our first 4 nights cleaning the floor and our feet were still black. We had to purchase slippers to wear inside and many of our socks were ruined. (I had to go back and read reviews to ensure I was not crazy, as reviews stated impeccably clean.) Hopefully the floor has been professionally cleaned, as our concerns were shared with the management company, and this home can be the perfect stay for you.
