They’re signs all over complex that say anything less than one month lease is a violation. Not a very welcoming feeling for short term guests. Pool and fitness and location are pretty good. Next to a few golf course and several restaurants. It’s ok but needs disclosures. I’d recommend living in an upper unit. Casago was a nice service and helped me with any questions. Beds nicely dressed and comfortable. Pool small, not well maintained but other condo owners were quite friendly. We felt the advertising as being "within walking distance of "oldtown Scottsdale" was deceptive. It was overpriced for what we experienced and we would not stay here again.
