Big house that could sleep a dozen attendees. Spacious inside and outside. Room to lounge, eat, play games. Neighborhood felt safe. Very near anything we wanted to do. Walk around Scottsdale, enjoy nice restaurants/bars, go on hikes, go to MLB spring training games, do a casino night. Pool and hot tub didn't hurt. Nice bonus we could watch some TV outside. Lot to like, no complaints. Would recommend for future guests. Thanks for a great experience:) ##### Matthew K. Stayed 3 nights in Mar 2023 ### 6/10 Okay #### Traci G., San Diego 5 Mar 2023 Liked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy #### Convenient The pros: spacious, short drive to downtown Scottsdale, nice backyard, we got to enjoy the hot tub the first night - it rained all night the second night. :( Beds were clean and comfortable. The cons: it really needs a deep cleaning. The couch and area rugs had lots of spots on them (not from us), floor around the pool table was sticky, the bathrooms could use updating and tlc - the primary bathroom shower was slow to drain when we used it. Bottom line: there is a ton of sleeping space and would be good for families with kids or a couple of families. Backyard was nice and would be great when the weather is nice. ##### Traci G.
