Updated, clean duplex with a small fenced in backyard; loved the string lights in the evenings. Nice decorative touches throughout. The property is located in a nice neighborhood, close to downtown including Whole Foods, coffee shops and restaurants. It's a great location to walk. The inside is clean, cozy, and the outside patio space is cute with lights on preset timers -nothing for you to do but enjoy it. The beds are very comfortable and the master bath shower is amazing! If you plan to cook, you've picked the right place. It's one of the best stocked kitchens in terms of pots, pans, utensils and small appliances. My sister-in-law and I had a fabulous stay! We loved that we each had our own bedroom and bathroom, that were well-appointed, beautifully decorated and roomy. It was perfect for the long-weekend and met all of our needs. The location is close to restaurants and shops, so walking was not an issue. And our hosts were very easy to work with when we had questions! If our travels take us back to Tempe, we will stay there again! ##### Carlini R.
