If peace and quiet is what you want, then our ranch home in beautiful Springfield Lakes is perfect! Our three-bedroom, two-bath home has an oversized, fully landscaped yard and sparkling pool. We’re within walking distance to Lone Tree Golf Club (public).



Our kitchen has granite counter tops. The large breakfast bar/island opens to a great room with sectional couch and 46” HD TV. Newer washer and dryer too!



Our backyard is fully fenced and has a covered patio, outdoor fan, patio heater, furniture and 4-burner BBQ. The pool is not heated (nor does it have child-safety fence), so it may not be suitable for families with young children. We also have an attached 2-car garage.



Master is split (from other two bedrooms) with a view of the backyard and pool. It includes a TV, comfortable queen bed and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, tub, shower and walk in closet. Second bedroom is furnished with queen bed. Third bedroom has a queen bed also and TV.



Our home is fully furnished with everything you could possibly need (kitchenware, linens, clothes iron, etc.). We have three TVs, BluRay player, stereo, Cox Cable TV, Netflix, You Tube TV, Roku device and wireless high-speed Internet! Please make use of our bicycles and golf clubs. Walk to the community playground, park, basketball court and pool (only heated a few months a year).



Sorry, no pets and no smoking.



Albertsons, Starbucks and Walgreens are within walking distance (less than a mile). Fantastic restaurants, nightlife and shopping are found in downtown Gilbert, Chandler, San Tan Village, and Chandler Fashion Center. Our home is south of Loop 202 (exit Gilbert Rd.) and has easy access to Interstate 10 for Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, which is 30 minutes away. Cactus Spring Baseball is played nearby, at Tempe Diablo Stadium (home to Los Angles Angels) and in Mesa (home to Chicago Cubs).
