Hello, and thank you for considering our property! This 2BR, 2BA condo is on the ground floor; with an assigned covered parking slot. It is located in a beautifully landscaped, complex; near Arizona's finest shopping, dining, and recreational area. You are moments away from golf courses, biking highways(Scottsdale's AZ's 20 mile Greenbelt), parks, fishing ponds, Fashion Square(2.4 miles, just to give you an idea), Old Town Scottsdale, Talking Stick Resort & Casino(Top Golf), Barret Jackson Auto Auction & Arabian Horse Show and even the 101 Highway. Whether you are visiting for Spring Training(San Francisco Giants), Sloan Park(Home of the Chicago Cubs), escaping the winter, or anything in between--you will not be let down!


Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy the entire space of the condo, along with its wonderful amenities that the community has to offer. Amenities include Fitness Center, Pools(one is saltwater heated, the other isn’t, Hot Tub, Clubhouse(computers, and printer is available here in case you forgot to bring your laptop).

The master bedroom has a private restroom, a walk-in closet. We've installed a 40'' Smart TV in the room. As for mattress; there's a dangerously comfortable king size bed.

The guest room has a Cali King size bed and an attached restroom. This room also has a roomy walk-in closet.

The living room, was furnished with an electric reclining couch, and a reclining chair; perfect for unwinding after an exhausting day of exploring the fascinating sunny Scottsdale. Furthermore, we have thoughtfully positioned a 48" Smart TV to accommodate your relaxation experience. The living room is also furnished with a desk for your convenience(great for digital nomads)!

Special Notes: This condo is equipped with a washer and dryer located in the kitchen.

Please note:
Community pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Also, Weather, HOA pool upgrades, and other environmental factors may lead to pool closure. Or guest relocation in the event that there's a big HOA project--everything outside my unit is out of my control. However, HOA is usually on top of things and keeps owners updated as far as projects go.

Utility Caps apply to summer guests. Should you exceed over $130 for electricity you will charged the exceeded amount.
