    This studio is part of a historical home located directly in the heart of downtown Tempe! The space shares a roof with another unit in the building but is completely private & separate with it`s own entrance. Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking essentials & features new appliances. Queen bed provides ample sleeping space & seated directly in front of the TV. Private off street parking space also provided. Washer & dryer are shared with the other unit in a common wash room on premises.

    You`ll have access to the entire studio & driveway.

    Within a mile radius, find a plethora of things to do in Downtown Tempe. You can feast on international flavors, drink award-winning microbrews, shop locally, view contemporary masterpieces, see a Broadway show, take a hike, paddle on a lake and visit one of the largest universities in the U.S. It is a Downtown unlike any other in Arizona.
