Pets are permitted with the host's approval. Pets should be kenneled when unattended. Pets should not be allowed on furniture or beds. To avoid disturbing neighbors, dogs should not be left barking unattended in the backyard for long periods of time. All dog poop must be picked up prior to checking out or a $25 charge may apply. 6\. Guests assume full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses sustained on the premises. All guests accepting this reservation expressly assume the risk of any harm resulting from their use of the premises. The guests recognize that they may purchase personal insurance to protect themselves in these circumstances. 7\. In the event that accidents occur, please let us know before departing if the property has been damaged. 8\. The Host is not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables of the Guest during their stay or left in the property following the end of the reservation or its cancellation.
