Comfortable cozy home with prime location. Newly remodel with bran new mattress, living room and dining area. Newly remodel back yard with fire pit and sitting area. Minutes from I-10 and 101 freeway. Close to shopping area and movie theater. 5 miles from State Farm and 8miles to Nascar racing

What a gem!!
Me and three other co-workers booked this house for our work week in Avondale. Beautiful house in a very very quiet neighborhood. Very easy access to I-10 with a lot of options for local and chain restaurants. Irene is very quick to respond when we had some questions. We are booking this again for our work week in 2024

Clean older home. There were a few things that needed work - a couple doors didn't close properly, backyard needed to be weeded. Overall a nice place to stay. The host was helpful and responsive. There weren't enough towels and she was quick to bring us some.
