This 3 bedroom spacious condo is a ground floor unit located at one of the most talked about communities called The Venu at Grayhawk! This condo requires a 90 night minimum rental period. The community features a 20 Seat Theater, 24 Hour Courtesy Patrol, Billiards, Children s Play Area, Clubhouse, Coffee Bar, Electronic Lounge, Laptop Mountain Bike Checkout, Heated Resort Style Pool with Cabanas, and a State-of-the-Art Fitness Center. At the Venu, you combine style, beauty, and convenience. Located within minutes of shopping, dining, and freeway access. Walking into the door, you will notice a mixture of art and colors in this open concept condo. All tiled flooring, custom neutral paint, high ceilings, and beautiful light fixtures throughout. The kitchen has dark speckled granite counters, cherry colored brand new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and an elongated breakfast bar. Stone decorative backsplash and fun pottery decor make this kitchen complete. Huge pantry space as well as access to garage from the kitchen. The master bedroom has a brand new king size bed with solid wood furniture set. Two nightstands with two custom lamps. There is a TV hanging from the wall. Big walk in closet with a full length mirror. The updated master bath is attached and has beautiful granite, cabinetry, and a vessel bowl sink. The other 2 bedrooms both offer queen size beds and both have flat screen TV s. The guest bathroom is updated with granite, cherry wood cabinetry, tub/shower combo, and a vessel bowl sink. There is also a desk in the hall. This is a great area to get some work done by setting up your laptop with the free WiFi internet included.
