great location near Old Town.

2 couples fit nicely in this clean and quiet condo. great porch/patio for coffee or reading... Nice pool but no music allowed. easy walk to Old Town activities and close to major highways. condo had all the basics/necessities but no laundry.

Everything as promised

We really loved staying here, in addition to the condo being beautiful and comfortable it was well stocked (soap, towels, napkins etc...) the location was perfect. Beds are super comfortable, a number of places to walk to, covered parking beautiful deck. The owner knows how to host customers, would highly recommend, and if wecome back we will stay here again.

Scottsdale weekend getaway

Great Property! The condo is very nice. Looks like it has been updated inside fairly recent. Pool and hot tub was very convenient. Great Location in Scottsdale. Walking distance to a lot, and a very short drive to everything else you could want.

Great spot. Spent a week there. Couldnt have been happier. Management reached out numerous times making sure that everything was set up and there were no problems prior to check in.

Good spot, large condo

Condo was spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Lots of amenities included - coffee, toiletries, etc. Everything was well stocked. We needed to call the property management office a few times because the door lock on the unit was not working properly. Otherwise all smooth. Would recommend it.

Lovely condo - exactly as described

This condo was perfect for our 3-day visit to Scottsdale - very comfortable bed and the private patio was delightful. It is exactly as described, although it is darker inside than it appears in photos. If you plan to prepare meals for 6, note that the kitchen is tiny - but for making tea and coffee on vacation, it is perfectly wonderful, with new appliances and all the kitchen amenities that you might need. The grounds and pool area are beautiful, with palm trees and bougainvillea. The location is great - just across the street from a Sprouts grocery store and a local pub, Clancy's, and an easy 20 minute walk to Old Town. We would definitely stay here again.

spring training in Scottsdale

The condo is very nicely furnished and very well-equipped for either a short-term or long-term stay. Excellent pool and pool area, same for the communal hot tub. The management company does an excellent job making the condo comfortable for guests. But the condo complex is older and shows its age. The fitness center is pretty well equipped, but the carpeting is old and torn. The pool table has seen much better days. The owners have done all they can to make this a good stay, but the overall decline of the property detracts from the visit. It is an easy 20-minute walk to Old Town Scottsdale, and that's convenient since parking in that area can be a challenge. Overall, I'd stay at another, newer property managed by the same company even if the location wasn't as convenient to Old Town.

Decent but old

This property is managed by a company not a single owner, we experienced some disadvantages to that. First, early check in or late check out is 100 per hour. Second, I asked if the property manager if the unit had a fan and they said I could rent one for 50, so I packed mine from the east coast and the property had two fans. One of the reasons I chose this property was for the porch, which was absolutely filthy at check in. The mgt company was responsive to get it cleaned but it still took 2 days to get it done.The building is very old. The inside of the unit itself was very clean and well stocked. But it had a “swamp” cooling A/C. Which I guess is common in older buildings but it gives the rental a horrible musty/stinky smell and nothing can be done about it. The beds were very comfortable and the location was great, but in the heat was a little further from old town than I would have liked.The pool area was very well kept with lots of seating.

Great Apartment

We had a great stay in the Maya Retreat. Walking distance to old town, grocery store right across the street, great pool and the apartment itself was clean, comfortable and well stocked. We would definitely stay again when returning to the area.

Really enjoyed this condo!

We really enjoyed this condo! Everything was clean and comfy. Love being so close to the mall and the pool was great! The laundry room was very clean and a few doors down.

Location! Location! Location!

Location! Location! Location! This was an amazing condo to stay at. The location is close to everything! The beds were very comfortable, and the place was very clean. Loved signing the big yellow gnome on the back porch. Will definitely book again!

Great location!

The condo was close to both 5th Ave shops and restaurants and Old Town Scottsdale. The condo was nice. We picked it because all the reviews said the beds were really comfortable. That wasn't my experience which was disappointing. The pool was nice too.

Myan condo

Great property, it was the second time we have stayed at the Myan condos. The only problem was that the pool and hot tub was not heated, apparently a problem that was being addressed.

Very clean and comfy beds

I loved this condo! Very clean and comfy beds. Was nice to have two king-size beds for both couples. The LazyBoy couch pull-out was also very comfortable for the kids. Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Very clean property! Will definitely visit again. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Having Starbucks across the street was a lifesaver! Cute yellow gnome on the back porch to sign.

Horrible neighbor

Condo was very nice but unit downstairs 115A left a TV on very loud all night. Impossible to sleep. Had negative political ads and DO NOT DISTURB sign on door so assume a permanent resident. Complained to ILOVESCOTTSDALE property mgr and they finally relicated us. Would not recommend Maya at all. They have an issue.
