Safe, secure, quiet and clean. What more could you ask for. Management was VERY responsive to all requests, with messages answered within minutes. First issue: the keypad did not work to enter the condo. The battery light was blinking so I think that the battery was dead, Thank goodness, texting the manager of the condo, even after 5 on a Friday, worked so that we could access a key in a lock box. We used the key the entire visit and that worked. Second issue: we never could get warm or hot water out of the showers. We had no issues with sinks so the hot water was working. The shower knobs were unfamiliar to us with an extra plastic apparatus so it could be our lack of understanding of the plastic apparatus. Third issue: the drain in the master bathroom sink was very clogged so we had to use the bathroom sink in the other bathroom. Fourth issue: the threshold into the bathroom off the hallway is not in contact with the floor. I almost fell in or out of the bathroom, tripping.Fifth issue: neither bathtubs had any mats and the floors in the tubs were very slippery. This could have been a disaster if either of us fell but we were very careful. Sixth issue, we did not enjoy the sofa, the only seats in the living room. It was too low to the ground. Esthetics, I know, but it was difficult to get up from the sofa. Thank goodness, there were 2 nice sized sofa pillows that helped us to be more comfortable.I wrote to owner/manager of our concerns at end of our week and had no response to our concerns.
