You can find the designer of the space and more details regarding his ideas on the space via his instagram anthonywdesign. | Bedrooms | The two bedrooms are complete with soft linens, closet space with extra blankets and pillows, and overhead lighting and a ceiling fan. Both are locate at the end of the hallway. To the left you see the colorful Rainbow room which will showcase art by Lily Reeves, Zanereti, Hamster Studios, and Red Tree Studios. Ion Property management is excited to be able to keep this artwork displayed throughout the home and ask that you respect each piece. This bedroom has a queen size mattress and closet space with a luggage rack to help you unpack. Across the hallway is a much darker room featuring white and black décor. Again, this bedroom has ample closet space, a nice seating arrangement (the hanging chair is sturdy but please be careful), and a queen size bed. The television in this bedroom gives this bedrooms guests an extra perk for their evening wind down. | Bathrooms | Next to the bedrooms in the hallway is the full bathroom. We provide shampoo & conditioner, body wash, handwash, and towels. The bathroom features two white vanity sinks with storage beneath, a toilet and then a sleek walk in shower and tub bench. Completely remodeled fixtures, tiling, and concepts throughout this entire condo but the bathroom should be highlighted! The wood bench and black shower is immaculate and spa day friendly if you expose the hidden tub. | Kitchen | Key Facts: \- Sleek White cabinets and appliances \- Dishwasher, Gas Stove, Refrigerator, and Microwave. NO Oven. \- In- Unit all-in-one Washer Dryer located in kitchen closet. The kitchen is fully equipped with silverware, plates & bowls, cooking utensils, and smaller kitchen appliances. We plan for you to utilize this space to store beverages and small snacks or to host an intimate meal for family or friends. You can rest assured you’ll be able to start your day with a cup of coffee from the Keurig and then start your happy hour with a nice glass of wine if desired! The dining area seats four and is situated in between the kitchen and living area. The table is a nice nod to the open shelving in the kitchen. | Lounges | The wall mural starts in the living area and spreads to the back of the kitchen. A TV is now present in this room, covering a small portion of the mural but placed for your entertainment. Close the blinds, snag a spot on the spacious couch and enjoy Hulu Live TV. | Outdoor Space | As you exit the condo, you are on the second floor walkway overlooking the outdoor pool and patio space. The outdoor pool is not heated but it will be accessible all year around. The outdoor space is shared with the neighboring tenants. One covered carport is available to utilize. Typically, heating is available during the colder months and air conditioning during the warmer months; however, these settings are controlled by building management. I had a bit of a problem figuring out the parking in relationship to the condo. I came in around sunset and the lighting outside was bad. I was alone and was a little uneasy about walking between the buildings in the dark in an unfamiliar place but I managed. I had a problem with the plumbing, shower valve, but that was fixed quickly. Price- Fantastic The quality of this property is excellent. The decor really enhanced the quality of our stay. It was so chic, modern, and fun, even better than the photos advertised. We literally walked to old town Scottsdale and had breakfast at the Breakfast Club. Parking was easy and not too crazy as I would have imagined. It was refreshing to have a place my kids enjoyed and could move around more than in a hotel. They played in the courtyard and tried the pool. The washer/dryer is a combo unit and no fault of the property, these types of machines are great in thought but flawed in design. They just dont work well so id you are in a rush to wash your clothes, it is hit or miss if they will wash in time without any issues. After several attempts (hours), I had to settle for damp Clothes. Overall, 10/10\. This place is fantastic and hope to rent again. I’d even buy it and live there, it was so cute. ##### Pamela P. The communication from the host was excellent. The cleanliness of the unit was great. It was updated, had everything you needed. I highly recommend staying here. If you have any issues or questions the property management company is awful. The batteries were dead on the lock and we couldn’t get in. This rental space is absolutely memorable for it's spectacular decor and design, obviously. Checking in was easy. The area is safe and walkable to many things. My only complaint is the mattresses were caved into the bed and sheets/pillow quality could be improved.
