One block from Downtown Chandler in the Charming Historic Sunset Manor neighborhood. Fully remodeled, fresh and cozy! Family-friendly! Or the perfect retreat for business travelers who want to stay close to nightlife. Modern Southwest decor, swimming pool, large back yard and BBQ. Single level floorpan. Stroll across the street to shops and restaurants or lounge in the spacious back yard. Full washer and dryer in the home. High speed Wi-Fi. Historic San Marcos Golf Course across the street.

This home is completely fresh and stocked with crisp white linens and everything you could possibly need - from a crock pot and blender to board games to pool floats to grilling tools. We also have a Pack `n` Play for kids.

The location could not be better - it`s one of the only rentals that is both an easy stroll to Downtown Chandler AND provides a private backyard oasis with private pool. Downtown Chandler has a huge variety of restaurants and bars - local breweries, speakeasies, Asian cuisine, delis, country bars, pizza joints, sushi - you name it!

The PebbleSheen pool goes from depths 3.5 feet to 7 feet. It features a waterfall, large Baja step, and a bench along one side for the young kiddos. The backyard is HUGE! There’s plenty of room for kids to run around or to play a game of corn hole.

The home is friendly to business travelers with a desk and high speed Wi-Fi.

We support local artists and feature their work throughout the home.

The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with stand-up shower and safety rails. The second bathroom has a shower tub combo and safety rails. Single level floorpan.

Historic Sunset Manor is an adorable Chandler neighborhood, and it’s a short stroll to Downtown Chandler with all the bars, restaurants and nightlife it has to offer.

Park one car in the garage and up to four cars in the driveway. Street parking is allowed.
Violations of house rules will be subject to fines. Smoking fines are $150. Party fines are $500. Unregistered pet fines are $500. Confetti and glitter are not allowed an will result in a $150 fine.

Girls getaway

We had a wonderful time in this spacious rental and spent a lot of time by the pool and playing cards on the patio. The location was perfect for the things we did during the week. The house was very clean and all the beds were super comfortable. Andrea responded quickly with questions we had and gave us some good recommendations for things to see and do. Would highly recommend this comfortable home away from home.

It was clean and welcoming. The neighbors dogs barking and the crowing rooster was entertaining along with noise from the high school football game in the”backyard”. The location was perfect for what we needed!

This is a great property however the pool did not get to an enjoyable temperature for swimming and the window in the master bedroom lets the sunlight straight in your face at 7:30am. This property is very clean and homey for a family of 6. We enjoyed the grill for chicken, asparagus and steaks.

We had a wonderful stay here in Chandler. The location was ideal (close to great shops, restaurants, and the outlet mall). The house was well stocked and clean. The pool was perfect, and this was the only house with a beautiful grass lawn. Located in a safe neighborhood. My sister went on daily runs at 6 in the morning with no concerns. The convention center was 15-20 minutes away. Highly recommend this property, and will stay here again if we ever need to return to Chandler or Phoenix.
