This cozy studio has everything I needed and was conveniently located near one of the (lesser, maybe?) highways. Even when I had neighbors in the main house, it was quiet and I felt comfortable and safe as a solo traveler.

Great location, really quiet neighborhood and easy access to nearby restaurants, stores and attractions. The free Jupiter line a block away is nice if you want to go downtown Tempe without driving. There is an adjoining unit, so you will only occasionally hear neighbors at normal speaking volume. They are not overly loud, are not bothersome late at night or early in the morning, and they are typically not home during the day. Really it's no different than a hotel shared wall. Sliding shower door seems to leak no matter how I positioned it. Just put down a towel and you're good to go. Might have tripped a circuit breaker somehow on a fluke, contacted the host and they were there immediately to fix it. Excellent customer service and communication. I give it 5 stars because it was a great stay and minor things didn't affect my trip. It was safe, clean, quiet and comfortable enough for me, and the location was really convenient and nice all around.

I really enjoyed my stay in this studio. It was the perfect place to relax while working, very well equipped, clean, and in a great location. The internet was excellent, and I appreciated the privacy. I also needed to wash some clothes, and it was no problem at all. Even though the laundry room was shared, I never saw anyone else, so it felt very private.

There were all sorts of really little obnoxious things with this place.

I had to spend hours of my vacation time to fix things in this unit including a connected laundry room. Which the next door unit did laundry at 3:30 AM.Banging doors,etc.Asked to get the first 3 days refunded for it was such a shot shoe. They said since I was gone they couldn’t help.very disappointed.
