Refurbished back half of a duplex in Historic Mesa that was originally built in 1950. Block construction with dual pane windows in a quiet neighborhood for a peaceful visit.

Close to the airport, Arizona State University, Tempe Marketplace, Cubs and A's ballpark, the Light rail and several major freeways.

Long weekend getaway

My initial perception upon driving through the neighborhood to the property was that the houses looked closely grouped and I was concerned about noise and traffic. I quickly realized that the neighborhood is actually very quiet, peaceful and conveniently located. The property was clean, functional and provided everything I needed. I messaged the host regarding a blender which was not available, but the next morning a blender was delivered. Very easy check in and check out and and another great feature is off street parking under a carport. I would recommend this property.

Very cute place

Very cute little house! It was perfect for just me, though it would be good for a couple or even three people too. It had everything you needed from a full kitchen to a laundry room to a covered car park. The owner was very communicative and nice, the WIFI was great, and it had extra soap, towels, laundry items, AND feminine products which isn't something I see too often, so nice touch. It was very convenient in the middle of Mesa and close to pretty much everywhere with some good places to eat nearby.My ONLY complaints are that there was a rooster (?) or some kind of animal who woke me up early every morning, and (this isn't a complaint, just something for someone to know about before going) I think the water was either well water or hard water as it had an odd smell in the shower and even after going through the water purifier, which really killed my hair. Obviously nothing the owners can help, hence why i'm still giving 5 stars. Just things I think are good to know ahead of time.
