Cute home close to ASU and Mill Ave. Backyard is fully enclosed for any pets. No home issues, we had a good stay.

The house looked mostly as pictured, kept us cool from the heat, was tidy, and generally clean. The neighborhood was quiet and provided quick access to the highway, etc; my wife felt safe taking walks at night. David was also pretty responsive to messages on Vrbo and was helpful in addressing a couple issues that came up. Our kids really enjoyed playing outside in the fully fenced back yard.However:- Many lights or fixtures were inoperative (one bedroom was initially completely dark--which David had a handyman repair during our stay); some outlets, too- There was no way to adjust the ceiling fan speed in the living room (stuck on high) or turn on its light- Extra towels were offered, but they never came; eventually I found more in the dryer- The dishwasher's lower spray arm was missing, so all bowls/etc needed to go on the top, and silverware didn't always get clean- "Fully equipped kitchen" is a stretch -- it had some saucepans/skillets, cooking utensils, and aluminum foil, but no oil, spices, baking sheets- The dining room rug smelled mildly like pet urine

It was a great location. Easy to travel to destinations and close to the airport. A great place to rest and then hit the hiking trails.
