A Sophisticated Desert Contemporary with Iconic Mountain Views

This exquisite newly completed renovation will take your breath away! A neutral palette and high style meet comfort at this elegant home. The majestic Sereno Canyon is perfectly framed from the kitchen, family room and pool/BBQ patio. Huge sliding doors allow seamless indoor/outdoor living in the desert. Natural light floods the entire home. The entertainment patio has a sparkling pool, built-in BBQ and bar seating, fireplace and separate firepit, 2 dining areas, chaise loungers, couches, club chairs and ottomans from which to take in the beautiful desert and mountain views in every direction. Very close proximity to miles of hiking/biking trails and many golf courses. Easy access to McDowell Sonoran Preserve Tom's Thumb Trailhead. Free WiFi is the fastest available service from the service provider.

There are 4 bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms that have designer fixtures, sinks, tile and lighting: 1 King bedroom and 3 Queen bedrooms. Beautiful views from all bedrooms. All beds have luxurious hotel collection 660+tc sheets and premium bedding.

Relax on the side patio or cozy up to one of 3 gas fireplaces. Splash in the pool or sip your favorite cocktail while grilling and taking in the views.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with professional appliances, including gas range, SubZero refrigerator and two dishwashers. Small appliances include coffee maker with starter coffee/tea, Keurig, blender, toaster, mixer, food processor and more!

POOL HEATING: We recommend that the pool be heated between Oct 1st and Jun 10th in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. Pool heating is optional and available for $75/day. There is a minimum of three (3) consecutive days, and pool heating may only be scheduled for the full duration of the reservation - not for select days. Definitely let us know before your arrival if you want to enjoy swimming during your visit without a wetsuit! (Hint: an unheated pool stays just above the low temps of the night.)

This property is amazing, the home, the furniture, the kitchen and all the supplies, the beds are very comfy, the outdoor space, pool, etc all amazing. The location is wonderful, private and quiet. This was one of our best homes rented ever. Jamie and CJ were awesome to work with and very responsive. You will not regret staying here!

This home is in a great location for hiking, going out to dinners, hitting the shopping or just laying by the pool! It has a great lay out and the kitchen is well stocked! We were able to check in early and the management company was great to work with! We would have given it a 5 star rating but the home/bedding/towels all need an update! It needs a deep clean and a bit of a face lift! Once it gets freshened up it will definitely be a 5 star rental!!

Wonderful Home

What a lovely home with beautiful views. Quite street and natural surroundings. We enjoyed walking early morning in neighborhood and sitting around 5 different sitting areas outside in the cool of the evenings. Inside of home was absolutely beautiful and spacious. Our favorite place was in the kitchen and family area with the views out the window of the mountains. Only thing that could be improved was beds in the smaller bedrooms. Very small (full size) would have better if all were queen size in other bedrooms besides master.

The location, which is key for us, had the big views and the property was private with lots of room between other properties. Once we find the right place we keep going back and that is what we will do with Casa Montana. Jamie and CJ are on top of all of the details. We own a luxury short term stay property on the beach and know how much effort it takes to run things at a true 5 star level. Jamie and CJ are doing it. 100%. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The large, spacious floor plan offered plenty of room for everyone to gather together or to find a quiet corner to “catch up” with each other.Everyones’s favorite #1 spot was the kitchen! The Mountain View, from the large kitchen windows, is absolutely amazing! Lots of table seating, counter space and open floor plan to TV room. The kitchen is perfectly appointed with everything we needed to cook and entertain. Everything from beautiful serving pieces to plastic glasses and plates for the pool! Totally making meal prepping stress free!The pool was the highlight for the kids and there are so many places for adults to lounge poolside making it easy to keep an eye on things. Happy hour was always along side the gorgeous fire pit or fire place - your choice!Hiking was part of our overall plan, so the “rural” location was great for us. Located near the Tom Thumb trail head, it was easy to find lots of hiking options near by. And AJ’s food store was only 15 min away, although I ordered our main grocery list from Costco (Instacart) and food was delivered the same day! I can’t say enough about Casa Montana! It will always hold a special place in our heart and I hope we get back there some day! I

Perfect!

That's the word my husband and I used over and over to describe our stay here. We love this area and its proximity to the hills. The house was METICULOUSLY CLEAN! It is actually nicer than it shows in the pictures. CJ and Jaime were a pleasure to work with . We enjoyed every day of our 20 day stay. Already looking forward to returning!
