While our overall style remains consistent, please note that the specific view, layout, and interior design may differ from one space to another. After booking, guests are required to provide a photo of their ID, and submit a $250 refundable deposit.



Guest Verification & Booking Requirements

To comply with legal and HOA regulations, the primary person booking must be at least 22 years old for non-locals and 25 years old for locals. By completing this reservation, you agree to our rental terms and commit to signing a rental usage agreement.



Prior to check-in, you must successfully pass through our secure verification portal. This requires:



A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID.



A matching credit card.



Confirmation of your contact information.



A criminal background check (only if mandated by the building or property management).



Important Privacy Note: Your information is collected strictly for verification purposes; it is not stored or used for any other reason.



Failure to Comply: Please note that failure to provide these required documents will result in immediate cancellation and denied entry to the property.



Please note that one of the building’s three elevators is currently out of service pending repairs. The other two elevators remain operational, though occasional delays may occur during busy periods. A repair completion date has not yet been confirmed. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
