QUIET HOURS ARE ENFORCED:

Scottsdale ordinances require quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. Violations of this policy will result in fines per local laws and any additional fees caused by disturbances. Can be up to $5,000 in fees charged to your stay.

A nice home away from home

This house is in a quiet residential area and is close to many shops and restaurants as well as the highway for those interested in traveling north. The pool is beautiful and the home was clean when we arrived. We had a few issues with the pool initially but the host was extremely responsive and got them fixed right away. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
