Our desert sanctuary perfectly blends location, relaxation, and amenities for the ideal Scottsdale getaway! Located in one of Scottsdale’s most desirable zip codes, you will enjoy amenities including a private pool, putting green, outdoor chef's kitchen, & SPA. Luxury outdoor sitting area with a fire pit, a movie and game room with a 12.5-foot screen, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, a large beautiful outdoor table under a tree to enjoy meals alfresco. TVs throughout and attractive plants for your resort-style experience.  
  
Everything about our home has been set up and designed for relaxation, fun, and enjoyment of Scottsdale's offerings.  
  
We have certified cleaners who follow stringent sanitation measures for COVID-19 and deeply clean and sanitize the entire property every stay.   
  
We provide detailed instructions and suggested activities and are always available to answer questions or help you find that memorable experience. We love to share our beautiful home and city with visitors and want you to have the best possible experience! Access is provided by door code the day of or the day before your stay.  
  
We have a lovely neighborhood with parks in the center that's located in the absolutely perfect area for any Scottsdale or Phoenix experience. The area has a vast number of dining options and events, too many to list. We are here to help you find the perfect place for whatever you wish to eat or experience.  
\- No Parties. Noise ordinance requires quiet hours outside between 10 pm and 8 am and is enforced  
\- No Smoking (smoking will incur a $500 minimum fine for ozonation as we have to pass on the cost)  
\- No Pets  
\- Guests are expected to leave the home largely as they found it without major a major mess.   
  
\* Things happen...Please report any breakage or other issues immediately to prevent fines as they are usually covered by insurance unless reported too late.
