The Space:

Golden desert light spills across the backyard as you step outside to the sound of water rippling in the heated pool. The private outdoor space is made for slow mornings, poolside afternoons, and evenings gathered around the fire pit under the Arizona sky. Playful touches throughout the home—from oversized games to themed décor—create a fun, laid-back atmosphere perfect for group getaways.



Inside, the open-concept living space feels bright and welcoming, offering cozy seating, smart TVs, and cool air after a day exploring Scottsdale. Whether you’re enjoying movie nights, catching up with friends, or simply unwinding after an adventure, the home is designed for comfort and connection.



Sleeping Arrangements

The home comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests across four spacious bedrooms with five beds total. Two full bathrooms and a dedicated getting-ready space make group stays easy and convenient. Fresh linens, extra pillows, blankets, and an in-unit washer and dryer are all included for a comfortable extended stay.



Indoor Living

The main living area features comfortable seating and a smart TV for relaxing nights in. A playful game-themed space adds personality and entertainment to the home, while high-speed wifi and ethernet access support both work and streaming needs. Central heating and air conditioning keep the space comfortable throughout every season.



Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, cooking essentials, and plenty of space to prepare meals together. Start mornings with coffee from the Keurig machine before gathering around the dining table for breakfast or evening dinners after exploring Old Town Scottsdale.



Outdoor Living

The fenced backyard is the highlight of the home, featuring a heated pool available year-round, lounge seating, and plenty of entertainment. Enjoy ping pong, oversized Connect 4, cornhole, and unique decorative touches that create a playful retreat atmosphere. Fire up the grill for dinner, dine outdoors beneath the desert sky, or unwind around the fire pit after sunset.

Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, the home offers a relaxing escape while remaining just minutes from Old Town Scottsdale’s restaurants, nightlife, golf, and shopping. Free driveway and street parking make it easy to explore everything the area has to offer.

Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy full private access to the entire home throughout their stay.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is recommended for exploring the area. Up to one vehicle may park in the driveway, with additional street parking available nearby.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each stay to ensure a comfortable guest experience.



Pool heating is available for an additional $40 per day and must be requested in advance, ideally at least one week prior to arrival. The pool is serviced weekly, and weather conditions may occasionally affect water clarity.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that check-out time is 10 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional fees due to housekeeping and scheduling impacts.



This is a self-catering home, so starter supplies are provided but not replenished during the stay. Bathrooms include basic toiletries and limited paper products, while the kitchen includes essentials such as trash bags, dish soap, and cooking basics. Coffee is not provided.



The outdoor grill uses propane. A propane tank is available on-site, but guests are responsible for refilling it if needed during their stay. We cannot guarantee the propane level upon arrival.
