Outdoor enthusiasts will love the four person peddle boat for strolls on the private lake which is surrounded by miles of paved walking paths, and access to basketball and tennis courts. If you prefer convenience, take advantage of the shopping, dining, and amenities with Old Town Scottsdale, ASU, PHX and spring training facilities and golfing only minutes away. Please note, the pool does not have a heater. But the hot tub remains hot 24/7.
