According to the research I had done it should have been more around 85-90 but global warming right? Unit was just as described and roomy enough for me and my husband. The only let down was the size of the swimming pool. It was much smaller then we had anticipated and could really only have 2 couples at a time in the area or you'd have felt crowded. Having said that it was too hot to even sit out by the pool. Had a great time in Old Town Scottsdale and had way too many food choices.
