The overall stay was good, but we did have a few big issues. The hallway bathroom shower had a lot of black hair in the drain and on the walls, so we did not even use that shower at all. The air conditioner stopped working several hot days and maybe needed a new compressor. The owner had the problem before and thought it was related to bumping the temp up too fast, but that could not have been the reason why after the 1st time it broke and the service person told her she needed a new compressor. She kindly offered another apartment right across the street, but it was very different and not at all nice enough to replace the one we booked. The apartment is dark because it is ground floor and you cannot open the blinds/curtains as a result - this did not bother me at all, but may bother others. This was in the correct location and at the right price for our stay. To make matters even better it is down the street from one of our favorite eating establishments (El Original Tacos Jalisco).
