The host was exceptional, responsive, and incredibly flexible. The house is built for a large group and entertaining, but allows for privacy with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The kitchen was exceptional, the pool, beautiful, and the location perfect.

The house was perfect for our needs and the location was also. There were numerous thoughtful touches and amenities. Big shout out to Carmen the manager! She was quickly responsive and so very nice! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to stay here again in the future - in short it was great!

From the comfy beds to the great kitchen to the fun backyard and pool, it was the perfect place for our family get together! Easy access to restaurants, shopping, and spring training ball games too!

Very spacious and beautiful house in a great location. So close to the airport and trending shops/restaurants. Amazing kitchen with anything you could ever need. We loved the pool and outdoor entertaining area. So clean and well cared for. We really appreciate that simple things like toilet paper, hand soaps, dish soap, etc are included. 10/10!!!

The property was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The host, Carmen, was very attentive and easy to communicate with. She was also very accommodating and let us view the property prior to our reserved date. Check-in was painless and checkout was also very easy! I would absolutely rent out this property again. We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The property was stunning and impeccably clean—clearly well cared for in every detail. The bedrooms were comfortable, everything functioned exactly as needed, and the home truly felt welcoming. The host went above and beyond by accommodating our request to host a bridal shower on the property and even provided tables and chairs, which made the experience seamless and stress-free. First trip to Arizona

This was only our second time booking a stay thru VRBO and this house did not disappoint! Our experience was seamless and Carmen was amazing! House was spotless, we had everything we needed and more! Our family came in for a wedding and some much deserved R&R and we left with great memories. Next time here, will be sure to stay in the same spot!

Engagement Party

This was the most perfect property to host our engagement party at. The house had everything we could possibly need, even a balloon inflator! The kitchen was very spacious and perfect for hosting. Bedrooms are large and guests that stayed the night said they were very impressed with the comfort. Backyard is spacious and the double sliding glass doors are beautiful. Host was easy to reach and very kind. I would recommend this listing to anyone.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this home in Phoenix! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was a standout feature—spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for entertaining. It became the heart of our stay, whether we were cooking meals together or just gathering around and enjoying each other’s company.The outdoor space was just as impressive. The pool was a great size—large enough to enjoy and cool off, but thoughtfully designed so there was still plenty of room in the yard to relax. The patio furniture setup made it easy to lounge comfortably, whether we were soaking up the sun during the day or unwinding in the evening.The location couldn’t have been better. The home is conveniently close to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, making travel a breeze, and just minutes from Arizona State University. You’re also a short drive from the heart of Scottsdale, with easy access to great dining, shopping, and golf. What truly elevated the experience was the host. The Ultimate VRBO Experience

We love in life for our expectations to be dramatically exceeded. Everything about the property was beyond perfect. Location to Biltmore Fashion Park, short distance from Scottsdale, view of Camelback Mountain from the house, and easy access to everything in Phoneix that is important. The 6 guests (all family attending a funeral) were completely blown away by the cleanliness, quality of beds and bathrooms/showers, and the sitting area near the pool were just a few of the over-the-top comments to me. The comfort and quality of the furniture (long nap on the leather couch), and the size and quality of the TVs made for fantastic sports and movie escapes. The window coverings in each bedroom kept the room dark for those wanting to sleep in. Last, but certainly not least, our host Carman could not have been more accommodating of our every request to make the stay perfect for the family attending my wife's mother's funeral. If you are going to Phoenix with a group, you can count on this 5+ star property to guarantee to create a lasting memory. John & Nancy
