Great for a short stay

Location is excellent if you want to be proximate to Scottsdale party scene and quality retail. Totally serviceable option.The property is very solid for a quick trip, but had some issues. In general it just felt like a bad flip or bad base construction. The finishes are all fairly shoddy. Bathroom door got stuck (swollen). Shower tile had a weird unevenness (thankfully no sharp edges so no safety issue). Bathroom vanity cabinet pull isn’t even attached (just came right off).There is construction going on next door that woke me up. The toilet was running all night and couldn’t get it to stop.Lastly the property is managed by a third party so I had to fill out extra forms and got way too many emails about payment and house rules. Not a seamless experience. Again, totally serviceable just a bit annoying. The

Location is great, property if fine and clean. Amenities could be better starting with the terribly cheap toilet paper! Better coffee set-up with cream would also have been appreciated for the price you pay.
