This roomy 1437 sq ft Second Story Condo, is a bright and roomy split floor plan with a large balcony and view of one of the pools. We are located in a Quiet Gated Community. Once you enter and go up the stairs the large Primary bedroom and En suite is on the right side and the additional two bedrooms and additional bath on the other side with a roomy living room and kitchen in the middle. We have a 65" Smart TV in the living room, a 55" Smart TV in the Primary bedroom and 50" TV's in the other 2 Bedrooms. There is High Speed Internet throughout the house and cable TV in the Living Room. We offer Garage Parking for 1 Car plus free onsite parking if you have a second car. We are located less than one mile from Old town Scottsdale and Fashion Square Mall. We are 1/2 Mile from Giants Scottsdale Stadium, 11 miles from the Diamond Backs Chase Field, 12 Miles from TCP Scottsdale and 12 miles from West World for Barrett Jackson!! We just wrapped up an amazing stay at this condo in Scottsdale, and I can’t say enough good things. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home — clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was unbeatable — close to great restaurants, shopping, hiking trails, and just a short drive to Old Town.The condo itself was peaceful and quiet, with a lovely patio for morning coffee and evening wine. We also really appreciated the little touches: fast Wi-Fi, super comfy beds, and great communication from the host.If you’re looking for a stylish, relaxing place to stay in Scottsdale, this is it. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the little touches like having cabinets labeled.The beds were comfortable, we loved that every room had a fan and TV. We liked the location, it suited our needs. During our stay, the garbage truck rolled through at 5:45am on a Sunday. That was the noisiest thing that happened. It was so clean and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The whole complex was very quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. We were a little disappointed the hot tub in the complex wasn’t working but it certainly didn’t ruin our trip. We would definitely recommend this property and will stay here again. ##### Jennifer C.
