In order to keep the pool serviced and maintained properly year round our staff and our pool guy come by on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Pool servicing generally only takes a few minutes depending on the condition of the pool. Please do not be alarmed. They have awesome discounted rates at most of the area golf courses, as well as rental vehicles through Alamo, and even rental clubs. Just ask me for details, and I would be happy to have someone reach out! Other Things to Note: Welcome to the delightful Desert Oasis! This home is about a 10 minute drive from the Kierland Commons where you can find many shopping and restaurant options. You can find a variety of options here like Culinary Dropout serving delicious American food or The Mission Kierland serving tasty Latin American food. Local entertainment that can be found in the surrounding area include Bowlero North Scottsdale, Fort McDowell Casino, West World and more! If you’re looking for more outdoor activities there are many incredible hikes like Javelina trail and Quartz Trail. There is plenty to check out during your stay! There will be a house manual upon arrival that you will be expected to read. All important complex rules and expectations will be outlined in the manual. Renter understands that an insurance policy covers the Property but that this policy insures only the Property and the tangible personal property in it owned by the owner and does not insure any personal property of the Rental Party or Renter’s licensees, invitees, or guests. Renter is advised to seek traveler’s or renter’s insurance if Renter desires to insure the Rental Party’s or other persons’ personal property during the occupancy. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., and checkout at 11:00 a.m. Early check-ins and late check-outs are generally not possible due to the time it takes to clean an entire home. The only way to ensure an early arrival or late departure is to purchase an extra night. Please contact me 24 hours in advance if you would like to extend your stay, and I would be happy to see if that is an option. Failure to depart the premises before 11:00 a.m. on check-out without prior written consent will result in an additional charge of $100/hour withheld from your security deposit, plus any expenses incurred by needing to move your personal things out of the home, or from moving the incoming group of guests to a new property. Any stay 28 nights or longer will be required to provide a credit card to keep on file. Our personal terms and conditions will also be sent separately and will need to be submitted. Feel free to ask for a copy if interested. For any booking 28 nights or longer, any adjustment to the booking resulting in a reduction in the length of stay will incur a $500 fee, plus 10% of the difference in price. Electricity will be charged separately ONLY FOR STAYS 28 days or longer. There is a large monthly discount applied, so in an effort to keep your price as low as possible, we ask guests to pay for the electricity separately. Everything else will be included (wifi, cable TV, tax, cleaning every 2 weeks, pool/gym access, etc.) We estimate the average electricity bill to be $300/month. It's possible it may be a bit more in the summer with heavy A/C usage, and it will most likely be quite a bit lower in the winter. Once the reservation is confirmed, we will send a request to pay a $300 electricity deposit for the reservation. This will be applied to your final electric bill. Any difference will be refunded to you, and any additional amount will be withheld from your security deposit. Checkin details will not be sent without the $300 electricity deposit paid in advance. Plenty of room for everyone to find their favorite spot! TV's everywhere you could think of and the pool table was loads of fun! The pool was perfect with plenty of lounge chairs and outdoor seating. Large living space, well equipped bed- and bathrooms, pool table, pool and outside seating area's. Certainly recommended and we will go again. The layout of the home and backyard was perfect for our family, which included three little ones. The children loved the splash pad and pool! The layout is ideal for ample space, allowing for large common areas to gather as a group, but each having individual space to give plenty of privacy. Great location central to everything by only complaint was there so many trees are around the pool that it gets a lot of leaves in the pool. Pool was a home run for adults and 3 young children( aka fish ). All was explained well and presented as per the description. Home is a bit tired in a few areas but had no effect on our stay. The house was large enough for everyone to gather together and also have their own space. The pool and back yard were spacious and beautiful. Quite location as well, never saw any neighbors out. The guest house with the golf simulator was a great addition and allowed for a place to escape when we had enough family time. Brent was great to work with. So much space with spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. Beds and bedding are a big deal for us and we were very satisfied. The property was very well maintained and had all of the amenities we needed. The property looked just like the pictures provided by the property manager. The property manager responded to my questions very quickly. The pool and hot tub were heated as we requested. It was absolutely perfect. Very spacious and private, located on a huge lot, clean and with all the amenities and small details/touches one could want. We used everything - the pool, hot tub, outdoor BBQ, corn hole game, pool table, flat screen TV's everywhere we looked, golf simulator, etc. etc. The property was exactly as depicted in the VRBO pictures. We enjoyed all the amenities including the pool , hot tub and splash pad ! It was fun to try out the golf simulator in the brand new pool house . Everything was well maintained and comfortable . There were ample pool towels and all the linens were great !! We would come again to Scottsdale and stay at this house . We liked how close it was to trail heads , playgrounds and restaurants !
