Great central location to access all the area has to offer. Home was in great condition and was easily one of my top VRBO stays. Host is very communicative and helpful. All amenities in good condition. Had a great evening barbecuing on the grill with friends one night, and even went in the pool for a bit on a hotter March day (85F). Would recommend. ##### M W. We came up to Phoenix from Tucson to take our 18 yo niece and her best friend to a concert at State Farm arena. We knew it would be a long day if we tried to drive up and back so we decided to stay the night before and night of the concert. The house had a great pool in the back that we were able to lounge around before the concert. The house itself was beautiful and very spacious! We had 6 adults stay and had plenty of room. The location was perfect too! We ubered to the stadium because it was very hot in the afternoon but after the concert it was an easy short walk home. Very safe and quiet neighborhood, will definitely look into this property again for any future concerts or sporting events. This house was amazing! It had a well stocked kitchen with everything you need for your cooking needs, including all the tools needed for the BBQ outside. The furniture is new and comfortable and the bedrooms had very comfortable and clean bedding. There were plenty of towels, both for pool use and bathroom use. The pool was perfect and included plenty of patio furniture and pool toys for the kids. Erica was always available to answer any questions we had and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The house itself is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood but is close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, stadiums, etc. I highly recommend this house and will be staying here again.
