Perfect for our golf vacation. The location is central to all the courses and is near old Scottsdale which has loads of great places to eat and was close to some good grocery stores too. The first thing you notice when you walk into the property is the musty smell. Especially in the 1/2 bath down stairs. The mattress in the pull out couch is stained and gross. The kitchen is newly remodeled. Seemingly functional, other than when you have a mouse in the fridge and you can’t use it for over 12 hours. The water heater didn’t work for two days, so we had to take cold showers, very disappointing. On a positive note… The host was quick to respond and the location was good. It is Close to highway and about 1/2 mile from Old Town Scottsdale. At this point we would not recommend anyone we know to stay there. And we will not be staying there again.
