This stunning 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is located in the heart of Scottsdale—just minutes from top-rated restaurants, boutique shops, and vibrant local attractions. It’s the ideal home base for families and groups looking to relax, explore, and unwind.. Step inside to find a spacious, open layout with stylish finishes, a pool table for indoor fun, and a kitchen that’s fully equipped for home-cooked meals. Whether you\`re lounging by the private pool or enjoying the gorgeous mountain views, this home offers a memorable experience in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The pool is serviced all year for our guests to use as they please! If you would like for the pool to be heated for your stay please notify us in within at least 24 hours of your check-in, this is an additional $100 daily. We are only able to accommodate pool heat requests if it is for the entire duration of the stay and with a minimum of a 3-night reservation. A $150 trip charge will be applied on top of the pool heat fee should the request be received on the day of check-in or when the trip has already commenced. Please note that the heating unit at this property is heat pump. The heat pump will only heat this pool ten degrees higher than the ambient air temperature.. The garage at this property is used for homeowner storage, and guests do not have access to it. This house had a great layout for our family. My kids loved the pool and the pool table and the location was great for us because we took several day trips to nearby places, so proximity to major highways was essential. The beds were comfortable and the cooling was surprisingly efficient, even with the 115 degree temps. Would stay here again on our next trip to phoenix! ##### Erika S. Property was very clean ans had all of the amenities as described in the listing. We had a great time. There was one issue with a door lock upon entry of the property and the property manager responded and resolved the issue immediately. Overall a great experience. One thing that would make this property even better is to have TV in each bedroom. ##### Ed L. The house is very clean, in a nice, quiet neighborhood, and the pool was great for the hot days. I would love to stay here again. It was so close to everything in Scottsdale! The only two things I would change, would be that the beds were a little uncomfortable and the pool did not have a railing to get in/out of the pool. Overall, such a great home!
