It\`s a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1,650 square foot single family home with a GIANT fully enclosed backyard. This property features an LED smart TV in every bedroom, including the family room along with a 65\` inch LG on the back patio just underneath the awning so guests can comfortably watch TV from the comforts of the dining area, pergola or pool. Come see it for yourself. \* LOCATION - This incredible 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1,650 square foot vacation rental sits perfectly in-between Tempe & Old Town Scottsdale. The property is no more than a 10 minute Uber fare from both Sky Harbor International Airport & The Scottsdale Entertainment District. Within minutes you can be at Arizona State University walking up and down the infamous Mill Avenue Entertainment District which is no more than 5 minutes due south of the rental. \* BACKYARD FEATURES - This rental is equipped with a 60 inch Samsung UHD LED Smart TV in the family room and a 65 inch LG UHD LED Smart TV mounted on the back patio wall. Guests will have access to movies / shows of their choice all while relaxing out back under the private pergola with a fire pit. Be sure to grab a cocktail and kick your feet up anywhere along the Baja (in the pool) and watch your favorite sports teams go head-to-head. As soon as the temperature rises above 50 degrees, the system will resume heating the pool to the desired temperature of 80-82 degrees, working continuously to maintain comfort for our guests. \* PROPANE TANK FEE: There will be an additional charge of $35 per propane tank. These tanks can be utilized for both the BBQ grill and fire pit. All propane tanks will be available and accessible upon request. \* PET FEE: There will be an additional Pet Fee of $150 per pet. Pricing can be negotiated based on size, age and training of animal. Please be advised that this fee is PER ANIMAL and that the guest is still liable, responsible and will be held accountable for any pet accidents throughout the home for the duration of their stay (i.e., Urine or poop stains, chewed up furniture, damaged property or missing personal belongings). \* POOL & HOT TUB SAFETY WARNING: Per Arizona Revised Statutes Title 36, Chapter 16, Section 1681, please be aware that there is NO pool fence or barrier around the pool or hot tub at this property. However, for added safety, we have installed audible alarm systems on all windows, doors, sliding doors, and other access points leading to the pool area. These alarms are designed to alert you whenever a pool access point is opened. Please be sure to pick up your cigarette butts after yourselves. A $250 Penalty Fee can and will be enforced. \* There is absolutely NO DECORATING allowed at the rental property. This will include but not limited too: confetti, pin tacks, tape, and streamers. A great location with plenty to do. The pool and hot tub and yard are great for the kids and adults. Just minutes from shopping and the University. Will definitely stay again! ##### Karen B. We had 4 adults for a week with room for our own space plus great gathering areas. The backyard was the best part. Pool with floaties, hut tub, bbq, outdoor table with tv, outdoor games and lights throughout the back yard for the evenings. The area is quiet which was great for us. ##### Bev B. The house was perfect and any questions we had were answered immediately. Close to everything, we didn’t even need a car. The pool and hot tub was so great. The house was also nice and clean with awesome technology (ie - fridge with Bluetooth function to I connect for music). Equipped with all the necessities and more. Loved the pool plus yard furniture, it came in very handy for lunch in the afternoon. The pool had some debris , but was able to easily clean the pool . Overall had a good time. ##### Crystal C. We stayed here to go to Spring Training but that was canceled. The owner was nice enough to allow us to shorten our stay at no additional cost or penalty. The home was exactly as presented on VBRO. Safe and quiet neighborhood. $10 ubers just about anywhere you want to go but there was plenty of room for a rental car - we just did not need one. Nice linens. Would stay here again. ##### Garth G.
