Fabulous and cozy studio conveniently located in Mesa, in a gated building. Fully furnished studio with King bed, closet, private bath, and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped for light cooking. The room features a TV with access to local cable. Visitors will also have access to the community pool (non-heated), hot tub and gym. It’s close too many amenities, including Spring Training, a family fun park, restaurants, Mesa Art Center, shopping and freeways. You can also enjoy the amazing Arizona weather at the pool just steps away. This room as recently been completely updated. The unit is laid out to comfortably sleep 2. Guests will have convenient parking and be able to come and go as they please with the convenience of the self-check-in smart lock. The whole unit is yours. This unit is part of a small and quiet complex with other vacation rentals. We have onsite parking within a gated complex. Driving is the preferred way of moving around the neighborhood. *Hohokam Spring Training Facility is less than 10 miles away! Several other spring training facilities within 20 minutes. *Walking distance to Starbucks , room also features a coffee maker. *Grand Canyon National Park - 4 hour drive We will always respect your privacy and leave you to enjoy your stay. I did not stayat the property. The property i went sent to was not the same property i saw on line. For one thing it only had one bed. I needed a room with two, like i was made to believe it had. I could not get in touch with the manager jackson, i had to go get a hotel room. No i am not happy with vrbo.

If you realize what this property is and isn't, you won't be disappointed. What it is: two motel rooms that have been changed to a one bedroom and living area. It's not an apartment. We had a few problems with the room initially but the management were superb with their help and understanding. If you stay in the courtyard area, it's super nice and has a nice view. We unfortunately had a view of the busy street. The place has a wonderful pool, hot tub, and great exercise room. All in all if you're looking for an adequate room but with great amenities, this is the place. Again, the management was excellent with problem solving and help!
