I booked and pre paid for 2 rooms. They only had a reservation for 1 room. It took 30 minutes to check in for the room they could find. It took an hour for the second room that they had to create. First room was not cleaned well. Have plastic bags in the bathroom from previous guests. Second room had a bad smell and multiple broken or damaged items. They are cheaply redone apartments. They had no other rooms available for the entire stay and never had anyone come check or try to clean the smell while I was there, they also never offered a discount, food voucher, late check out, etc for the problems. Check out is early at 10am which is inconvenient. I expect a lot more from the name Hilton, especially when it is advertised as a 4-Star Resort.

Lock on door did not lock Safety latch not properly secure Huge safety risk as you could kick door & anyone could get in Staff mention no pet & RV when there are pets & oversized vehicles every single time including smokers Handle on tub leaks bad Vent for a/c filthy Vent in bathroom filthy Handles door knobs microwave dishwasher filthy including bathroom sink Pool area always filthy from food & drinks Kids are always in big pool never in kid pool makes it really inconvenient for those not wanting to swim with kids screaming & squirting water guns Pool water murky Holes in tile & grout in pool area No sign of instructions in room on how to work a/c thermostat's also most are missing batteries or indicates batteries are low Visible mold growth in shower area around corners of tile Shower heads are very low in pressure & not all rooms have exact same shower heads Hole on dry wall near shower head Very low pressure when turning on hot water in bathroom & kitchen Noticed an increase from $250 hold for incidentals to $300 Zero security in & around property regulating policy regarding no smoking no pets no RV’s or any other sleeper vehicals Couch cushions are filthy &/or pilling or falling apart Surface level of cleanliness &/or rooms are not cleaned Overall property needs to do better on safety in/& around property as well as poor management on safety concerns that have been presented on more than one occasion in more than 1 room each stay
