The hotel is definitely a five-star property, with a great location and everything there being top-notch. The rooms and views were amazing, the breakfast each morning was fantastic, and the staff was extremely friendly and polite. The concierge was also very helpful, pleasant, and their recommendations were fantastic. I highly recommend staying at this hotel during your next stay in Phnom Penh.

Excellent stay. We upgraded to a Horizon room, which was spacious and with everything we needed. The Horizon lounge was comfortable and the food and drink was varied and delicious. All of the staff who we encountered were so friendly, helpful and could hold an interesting conversation.

Very warm welcome on arrival, lovely room and great stay generally. We stayed 2 nights and opted for breakfast inclusive which was a fabulous experience. The buffet offers everything and anything you might want for breakfast, very impressive set up and a delicious pastry selection.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Shangri-La Phnom Penh with our family, and the overall experience was excellent. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. Both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, which set a great tone for the visit. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, although there were no Indian options available by default. When we requested some, the chef and team were very accommodating and kindly prepared delicious South Indian breakfast dishes for us. This thoughtful gesture made our mornings even more special, especially for my mother, who thoroughly enjoyed it. Our room was cozy, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax after a day out. The hotel also features a rooftop bar and restaurant, which adds a nice touch to the overall experience. Overall, we had a very pleasant and memorable stay at Shangri-La, and we would gladly return in the future.

The staff was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. They went over and beyond to ensure that we were happy. Starting with the concierge on arrival and the receptionists on the 49th floor as well as the entire dining experience on the 48th floor for both the breakfast and dinner services. There was a wide variety of food options for breakfast. We decided to have dinner and breakfast every day at the Shangri La during our stay because of the presentation, taste, sanitary, and attention to details by the staff who were very friendly and thoughtful. This stay will remain as a special reminder of the kind and hospitable people of Phnom Penh and Cambodia in general.

Booked a Club level room but found out at check in the hotel is new and will not have a Club Lounge for months. Expedia should NOT have offered a higher priced room when the amenities paid for are NOT available. The hotel offered a few bite size snacks a a drink...hardly a club experience. Hotel is nice but staff is new and service suffered. Location is a bit remote but I've found that the case with many of the larger chain hotels. I like Shanghai La hotels and will continue to stay at other locations but not here.

Un séjour incroyable au Shangri-la, comme toujours avec cette chaîne. Accueil fluide et chaleureux, installation incroyable : piscine au 54eme étage, bar restaurant au 49 eme avec vu sur la ville. Une mention toute particulière pour le concierge qui a fait l’impossible pour rendre notre séjour mémorable et nous aider dans nos déplacements.
