Unobstructed panoramic views of the beach, ocean and Seguin & Pond lighthouses at popular Popham Beach. Private beach access. Popham is a private beach. Four stories including daylight basement with office/ den. Need to work during your stay? Office with desk WifI and printer. 2 car garage. Main living level is open to kitchen, dining and living room, lots of glass overlooking islands, lighthouses and sea. Full bath with shower on this level. Mid level has 2 bedrooms, one queen, one full and twin. Full bath on this level with shower/tub washer and dryer. Ocean view deck is accessed by a hallway. Top level is a huge master bedroom suite with King size bed, one twin ( works well for families with young children) and seating area. Full bath with shower and double sinks. Close to Fort Popham. Streaming TV,WIFI, landline phone ( poor cell service ) with free long distance Formerly the land was part of Ocean View Cottages and Campground. Open year round. Spend Thanksgiving or Christmas here with your family. Popham Beach is beautiful any time of the year. Please note this property has ring security cameras on both front and back. All guests must be 25 years of age or accompanied by a parent. This home is part of an association and rules set by the association must be adhered to. No Unit Owner shall obstruct or interfere with the rights of other occupants or annoy them by unreasonable noise or otherwise. 3\. No Unit Owner shall use the Common Elements or Limited Common Elements for any activity that would obstruct or deter views, ingress or egress by other Unit Owners or guests or invitees Boats longer than 12 feet, motor homes, campers, trailers of any kind, tents, shacks, sheds or other outbuildings are not allowed on the property. Storage for boats less than 12 feet, dinghies, kayaks and paddle boards shall be within the Unit Owners Limited Common Element and not obstruct the view of any other Unit owner No trash, rubbish or other offensive materials or materials degrading in appearance shall be allowed to exist on the Units or Common Elements excluding any area designated for trash and/or recycling by the Association. This could not have been a more perfect home to do so. Our friends were coming from Colorado and we had to adjust the dates and the owner could not have been more accommodating. The home itself was warm and bright and the view from all the rooms was amazing! We loved starting and ending each day here. The second, and main floor, features an open floor plan -- kitchen, dining room, and living -- with windows looking out on the ocean lining the wall. There were 7 of us -- me, my wife, 2 older kids and niece, her husband, and 10-year-old -- and it never felt even remotely cramped. The bedrooms upstairs all had great water views, and there was, in fact, a deck that came off the hallway. The master bedroom was an incredible oasis. Downstairs there was a home office with a TV and desk; the WiFi was great so I managed to get a little work done in the mornings and my grand nephew loved going down there to draw and watch his cartoons in the evening. The location was fantastic, a quick two-minute walk to the beach (especially great for early morning walks when we often had the whole beach to ourselves).
