Heater made noise when fan shuts off. Did not report it. It was pretty tolerable

Club Quarters Hotel Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia
Parking was not so simple and cost a lot for a one night stay - 43 dollars, staff was good - room needs to be upgraded - old drapes old carpets, old air conditioning unit that made a lot of noise.
