A really interesting and fun place. It felt like I was in a loft in Soho. Everything was clean. The bathrooms had fantastic fixtures and the hand soap was sublime. The refrigerator in the kitchen even had an ice maker! Really great experience!
Looking into the downstairs bedroom, don’t mind the mess. It’s all ours.

We enjoyed our stay. Place is clean and modern. The staff were great. The microwave went out and they were helpful offering a new room. I passed on the offer since we were exhausted from our travels. The next day another staff member let me know they were replacing the microwave. Amazing service!

I stayed for three nights really enjoyed the rooftop deck and gym. My space was nice a full kitchen, nice open space. However, the bed was very low to the ground and not extremely comfortable. The floor in the main area of room was dirty. I was able to get a late check out and they had lockers for luggage if needed. I witnessed staff as I sat in lobby greet guests with warmth and high energy, provide recommendations and provide information on what was close by. I wish I had received that initial welcome. I am not sure if other room types have higher beds, I would inquire snd if they do stay again.

The property has very interesting architecture and is really beautiful. The front desk people were very nice. That's about where the positive ends. The room was dirty with crumbs on the kitchen counter and small table in the living room, stove had not been wiped down, the floors had not been swept or vacuumed, the bathroom sink had not been wiped down. In addition, there was a lot of street noise, car racing at 3am for about a half hour and a car alarm went off for about an hour at 5am. The car issues are obviously not the property's fault, but just know with the large loft windows there is a lot street noise.

The king suite loft was spacious and roomy and offered a bedroom door for privacy from our kiddo who slept on the pullout bed. There was a huge, full size kitchen. The hotel itself doesn't have amenities you'd find in most hotels. It's really just a residential apartment rental unit. If you are self-sufficient, it's a great deal.

The room itself was nice and in good condition. Location was convenient to different places to eat and walking distance to Chinatown. The staff were courteous and pleasant. The one downside was the refrigerator did not work and the technician was unable to fix. It would have been nice for the inconvenience to be addressed.

The room I reserved was described as 1 King, 1 Queen. The room I was given was 2 Queens. I brought this up to the staff on duty (Mark) who tried to find a room that matched my reservation. There was none. Mark said he would message his manager to request a refund for the difference in price between a deluxe 2 bedroom (that I reserved) and a standard (that they gave me). All the hotel offered was a $20 refund. The manager waited until my family checked out and left before attempting to reach out to me. The room (#601) had broken blinds and missing curtains, which in a busy city meant the rooms were flooded with light all night from the streets below. The main elevator was broken and guests were required to use the service elevator to get to their rooms.

Our stay was pretty good. no big complaints, we were literally there for one night we left at 4:00 a.m. the staff was friendly, there were no wine glasses in our room so I called the front desk and ask for glasses, they brought it up super fast I appreciated that. The room was clean.the only issue was that the oven doesn't stay seal so you continuously have to hold it in order for it to to bake. The record player doesn't work but overall everything was up to par. Thanks I'll definitely stay here again.
