A short walking distance to South street, Delaware ave, Italian Market, Independence Hall, and City Hall

Identification will be required.

** If your are the type of guest that is easy going and traveling to explore the beautiful city of Philadelphia you are greatly welcomed! If you are the type of guest that overly critiques the unit you are usually staying at or are an extreme critique of very minor issues I do not believe this will be a great fit for you**

**If you are an host I do offer time swaps where i will allow you to stay at my as close to free as possible if you allow me to stay at your for as close to free as well**

**Parking is your responsibility, I do provide a booklet with suggestions however I do not offer parking**

Please keep in mind that a hotel for 2 beds in this area will cost $400+/night and it might not include WiFi.

**Parking - While there is parking in the area I am not responsible for this service. I do not offer parking. However, I would park past Washington Ave going south, which is the opposite direction of South street. I always find parking in under 5 minutes following these directions! :)**

** Please be advised that during the winter months I️ cannot place the projector outside because it will break due to cold. I️ have purchased an indoor stand so you can also project off of the inside walls. Also, while I️ do have a fire pit I️ do not allow it to be turned on because it is propane operated and I️ do not feel comfortable allowing guests to handle propane due to fire hazard. Thanks so much**

**I have outsourced the cleaning services to a maid company so I can no longer accommodate early checkins and late check outs as I have to abide by their cleaning schedule (no early check ins, late checks in are fine)*

Located in Center City Philadelphia so all attractions are within walking distance! Located in a Posh area of Pennslanding/Queen's Village. This listing books fast because of the location and amenities compared to that of a hotel.

Space has 2 private rooms, roof deck with projector, bathroom in an amazing area. No Kitchen, but does have a microwave and refrigerator. Location is key and you are certainly in a prime location for all festivities.

Master Bedroom: King size bed, refrigerator and microwave
