We booked this hotel for the indoor pool. The pool was clean and just the right size for them. There was only 1 other kid in the pool, so the kids had a ball playing with each other. Staff was friendly and engaging.

Evening staff was extremely helpful. Property itself needs a face-lift, a lot of wear and tear. Room key lost magnetism at least three times. Breakfast was very good and overall my room was quiet. Surprised no one came in to remove trash during 5 night stay

They booked the wrong place for me because I had trouble here and I did not like that hotel at all front desk is very disrespectful the lady that makes a food room smells like smoke gross

This property was unique in its own rights. I love the bedroom with the closed doors separate fr I’m the living area.. I love that it has bedrooms that are separate from the living area. The staff and the property was very kind, friendly and clean.

So I will be honest I picked this place because of the proximity to my in-laws in Pottstown & the price but the pictures did not get me excited. Upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised & very happy. The staff were all super friendly & we had everything we needed. Will definitely be back soon!

Stayed for the weekend while my son was wrestling at the McDonough Duals. Great price & convenient location right beside 422, which made traveling in a new area much easier.

We have stayed at this location several times over the last six years or more and this was by far the most disappointing experience. The previous staff was always polite, courteous, and guest oriented. During this day, we found the staff to be very disengaged, satisfied with less than Parr work as it relates to Customer Service, food service for the continental breakfast, cleanliness and supplies for the room itself. On multiple occasions, I passed the front desk which was typically unattended, and when it was attended, no one spoke to you greeted you, or acknowledged your presence within the hotel, which was very different than previous stays at this location. I certainly hope that the overall management or ownership of this facility takes this review seriously and analyzes what changes have occurred, and how to correct future visits in order to maintain guests who have repeated stays in the future. I would welcome a call if necessary to discuss our experience.

Good hotel that see's a fair bit of traffic,however you get what you pay for and i would recommend this establishment.Great location!!

The room was fairly clean however the pots and pans were dirty and left in the dishwasher there was sugar spilled on top of the refrigerator so the house keeping staff isn’t really cleaning. The pillows were worn and uncomfortable. The location did supply soap and shampoo in the shower and sink areas in pump type containers. The breakfast was pretty good. Not enough luggage carts for the guests. The kitchen sink was dirty, dried food in it. The card key had to be reprogrammed several times. When checking out we told the desk manager about the issues and they didn’t have any response or comment about the issues.

Didn’t like the fact that we only found out at check in that there would be NO breakfast in the morning. I had already paid thru Expedia including that there would be breakfast.

We have to take a lot of factors into account although I'd like them to have off regardless to spend it with their families as I'm sure everyone else was doing as well. They stole from me.
Ripped me off with the security deposit on the morning off the 5th of November. I asked to have the security deposit refunded back to my debit card in the morning on check out, and the sour-looking woman at the front desk told me, "it's already been released" I asked for a receipt to this effect, and she refused to give me anything, saying that I would get my money back in a "few days". It's been a week now with no 75 dollars yet.

I can ensure you that we did not "steal" from you. When you check in the hotel authorizes an incidental "hold' at checkout it is immediately released the second you are no longer a guest in the hotel. However, we advised this make 7 to 10 business days to release but this is based on the bank. This is not anything that is withdrawn from you account simply a hold, for that reason you will not see a credit. Your available balance will simply reflect the release. This is why a receipt showing the release cannot be given. We do give a receipt at checkout reflecting the amount we actually withdrew for your records. We do apologize for the inconvenience but the hotel does not have control over the bank establishments hold guidelines. You can reach out to them and have them contact us. We hope this information helps get the issue resolved with your bank.

The staff was really friendly, and the hotel was clean. Only complaint would be the light in the bathroom flickered and it would definitely cause someone to have a seizure if they have those types of issues
