The house and location were perfect. You are truly in the heart of it all. But it is a city and you are in what’s essentially a back alley. We always felt safe and the outside has cameras everywhere. We loved being able to walk out our door with all the choices for bars, restaurants and historical sites. The home felt historic thanks to the furniture and decor though the modern art stood out. We had 3 kids under 12 with us but made sure they were respectful of the antique furniture. A little disappointed that the two had fireplaces in the pictures were for decoration only since it was cold while we were there and we were looking forward to enjoying the fire. The place has everything you need for a great trip. Was not expecting the massage chair but it was definitely a hit with the family after a day of walking around the city. Would absolutely stay here again when we come back to Philadelphia. Owner was wonderful and very responsive to any requests. ![The rental is the building on right next to parking lot. It shares an alley with restaurants and a high end apartment building which uses the lot so unfortunately you can’t park there.
