Room was very nice. Clean. Some broken light bulbs in the bathroom. I wasn't able to get the TV connected to the internet. The environment was very noisy. Nice neighborhood though. Great location. Unfortunately the noise was a real bummer. I didn't sleep as long as I would have liked to.

My stay at Sosuite at The Loxley in Old City Philadelphia was overall a wonderful experience. Upon check-in, there was some miscommunication regarding my room. I intentionally arrived at the designated check-in time of 4:00 PM, only to find that my apartment had not yet been prepared. After a long day of travel and feeling jet-lagged, this was initially disappointing. However, the staff quickly turned the situation around. The team member who assisted me was incredibly friendly, professional, and compassionate. She immediately contacted her manager and kindly offered me an alternative apartment, which resolved my concerns and made me feel valued as a guest. The replacement apartment was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, including complimentary snacks and bottled water for both me and my guest. The kitchen was spotless, and having access to laundry facilities made the stay even more convenient. One of the best parts of this property is its location. Situated in Old City, it is centrally located near restaurants, attractions, shopping, and everything you could possibly need during your visit to Philadelphia. While the check-in experience could be improved, the outstanding customer service, clean accommodations, and prime location made my stay exceptional. Thank you to the staff for going above and beyond— I will gladly stay here again and look forward to being a returning customer.

Such a cute place to stay with an excellent location in Old City. Everything was within walking distance, the building was immaculately clean, and the unit itself was adorable. the only downside would be parking, but we didnt need to park so no complaints there.

A very nice space in a very good location BUT an extremely onerous sign in system that takes a good hour, a very large deposit even for returning guests, and no directions on how to use the tv. One doesn’t outweigh the others. Not sure I will use again
