The location was close to UPenn & Franklin Field, where we spent most of our time due to our son running in the New Balance Nationals. Only 2 slight negatives were the parking and the washing machine. The garage is really not meant for anything but a car. And the street parking was was very difficult due to the narrow street. Fortunately, the neighbors were friendly and helped us figure it out. As for the washing machine, it seemed the guests before may have broken it and left a load in. I messaged the owner about the issues and never heard back. So unfortunately, we washed my sons uniform in the sink and made it work. But overall great the unit was great for our purpose.
